Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused; unworn; with all original tags attached; and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is authorised, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label explaining how and where to send your parcel. You may also reach out to us via live chat for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for discounted (sale) items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to get a different item is to return the original product for approval and then place a new order once the return is confirmed.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
